The District Board of Education, Imphal West under the aegis of SSA
Inclusive Education, aids and appliances were distributed to 125
differently abled children today at URC, Khoyathong.
Speaking at the function, Secretary (revenue) and Imphal West DC N.
Ashok Kumar said that the potential in them should be nurtured and they
should be made to flourish like normal persons in the society.
To enable them to live like normal people in society various programmes and schemes have been implemented, he said, adding that differently abled persons should not consider themselves to be lagging behind normal people.
