The guidebook called Your Right for Convenient Travel, Our Right on Track, Facilities for Persons with Disabilities is aimed at providing a smooth and safe ride for differently-abled people. This is in addition to the already existing manual, which provides information on entry and exit points at all the Delhi metro stations for the differently-abled, locations of the ‘talking’ lifts that are especially meant for them, ways to the differently-abled-friendly utility areas like toilets, the tactile yellow passage for the visually-impaired and more.

The guide book in English and Hindi is expected to be released soon for circulation.

The metro brochure also enables differently-abled people to call any metro station staff on two helpline numbers (155370 and 22185555) to ferry them from the pay-point to the coach by specially trained staff.
