A crucial meeting of the State Cabinet will be held on Tuesday to consider as many as 15 proposals. The meeting to be presided by Chief Minister is likely to give green signal for creating a separate department for the physically handicapped persons.
Other proposals include formulation of rule for laying underground telephone cables and new guidelines for allotment of land for Government institutes.
However, Ministers were yet to be given the agenda for the cabinet meeting till Monday night. The agenda notes will be distributed on Tuesday.
