The workshop will provide an understanding of the value in adopting a strategic approach to CSR and introduce frameworks and tools to implement the same.

Sattva’s Corporate Practice helps businesses in defining their corporate responsibility and sustainability strategies within the organizational boundaries, across the ecosystem and as part of the larger community. In doing so, Sattva is also building an eco-system of corporations who can come together to collaborate on issues around business responsibility, environmental sustainability and community engagement. The Sattva CSR Thought Leadership Series supports the development of this eco-system through knowledge and capacity-building workshops, seminars, events etc.
The first edition of the workshop was held on 22nd March and received widespread positive feedback from participating companies like Schneider, Dell, Phillips Software, Accenture, etc.
The workshop is targeted at CSR Leads and Program Managers who are looking at building new and innovative CSR programs or scaling existing ones at their organizations. It also provides a couple of handy immersion-exercise options to go through post the workshop to get a practical hang of implementing ideas.

Strategic CSR results in sustainable business practices, positively impacts internal and external stakeholders, and increase product/service innovations

The workshop will be facilitated by David Nash from the Zurich Community TrustC D Mitra – Managing Partner at Anvetion Consulting and Faculty at IIM Calcutta.
