Nattiq Technologies announced the release of version 7.5 of its renowned Braille Sense U2 note-taker at Sight ME 2013 in Sharjah ExpoCenter on 11 February 2013.
The Braille Sense U2 is a dedicated, computer like, device which is light weight, sturdy and feature loaded. It turns on in a few seconds offering Braille, speech and regular text output. It was developed by HIMS International of Korea and localized into Arabic with the help of Nattiq Technologies. The Braille Sense U2, among many other functionalities, offers various social media services as dedicated applications. Such utilization makes it easy on blind users to navigate through such graphics based programs.
"The most frequent question we are regularly asked by blind users is: does the Braille Sense run YouTube?", said Auda Hazeem, Nattiq's CEO. "Developers at HIMS International were able to overcome all technical obstacles to make such a request possible. Now we can say to a blind user: yes you can enjoy Youtube with your Braille device", he added.
HIMS International will be exhibiting at Sight ME. Mr. Kihun Jang, Senior Researcher of HIMS will deliver a workshop to explain a host of new benefits and features which is packed by the Braille Sense.
The Braille Sense U2 ships directly from Nattiq Technologies or through its dealers and champions located throughout the Middle East.
