Government Railway Police officials gave a warning to a section of military men travelling in Kerala Express from New Delhi when one of them threatened a physically-challenged travelling in a compartment reserved for disabled on Wednesday.

A military man asked the disabled to vacate the coach under the pretext that military personnel going to occupy it. He bolted the door when Syed Rahim attempted to board the train at Vijayawada.
However, a woman travelling in the coach opened the door to enable Rahim enter the train.

Fearing attack by jawans, Rahim informed the matter to some media persons over phone and they in turn alerted GRP DSP G. Srinivasa Rao.

The DSP deputed SIs of Nellore and Gudur to deal with the issue.
After eliciting the information from Rahim, the SIs told the military men that they will register a complaint if the challenged are disturbed.
