Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjeev Gupta today granted bail to the Director
and Secretary of Rotary Inner Wheel Home for Mentally Retarded Children
Chhanni Himmat.
Director Girdhari Lal Koul, son of Shiv Ji Koul, resident of Trikuta Nagar Jammu and Secretary Rajinder Kapoor son of Gurudas Kapoor resident of Flat No 4 Chhanni Himmat were arrested by the police in the much publicised case of sexual exploitation of mentally retarded girls of Rotary Inner Wheel Home.
3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjeev Gupta after hearing both the sides directed that the petitioner be released from the custody on furnishing bail bond and personal bond to the tune of Rs 30,000 each with the direction that that they should cooperate with the investigation and should appear before the IO and as and when required.
